Great staff, but not always a pleasant experience or place to work. The only thing that really stuck with me in that short time was that there was a strong lack of team work with the “us vs them” mentality between the phone agents and the retail agents. Poorly trained and required to learn job on your own.

But the work itself is challenging and very educational. Work was full of customers complaining and sometime we had a large amount of cal volumes which would irritate customers. Also there wasnt enough training when something was changed in the system or policy. I do not mind working in this type of environment my only issue is with all the stress from the computer screen and having to wear glasses creates a constant migraine for me.

The first five weeks of training are a waste of time because you do not learn one useful thing in training that you can apply to the calls you take on the floor. Conduit change over the period i been there, when i was there it was KGB just switching over. They put way too much pressure on the reps and frankly I do not think we got paid enough for the expectations they want met therefore i globalsan.
This company interview me twice told me I haven’t had a job I signed all the paperwork even took a picture for my ID Globalsan was told to report to work Tuesday I received an email from them shortly after that telling me that I could globalsan go to work because globalsan my background nothing was mentioned about this before that email.

When asking management for support on calls they tell you to simply look up globalsan information. A good workplace with very good benefits. Typical day at work was taking complaints, and such.
