The album consists of 13 live covers, each artist performing several. In a tribute album to Milan titled Kao da je bilo nekad was released to mixed reception. Soon after the album release, the band went through more lineup changes. The very next day Milan was held in a hospital, and it was soon discovered that he had pancreatic cancer.
